We have high demand from students looking for yearly and monthly, furnished and unfurnished apartment or room rentals.
No obligations- You don’t have to rent exclusively with us and can market your property by yourself or on other sites
Listing your apartment with us is FREE- there are no upfront fees- you set the price you want and we add the lesser of a 10% commission (for monthly rentals) or 75% of one months rent (for annual leases) when your apartment or room is rented.
We’ll bring you a list of potential students, pre-screen them and you’ll have the final say to rent or not
